A Gentle Reminder

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to write a short blog reminding us all to ensure we are checking on the elderly, active seniors and those who are vulnerable known to us, neighbours etc. The winter months can be harsh and we are living in a crisis financially.

Do you have an elderly neighbour? Do you have a neighbour who may need help getting out and about to appointments etc.?

Maybe offer to help them with some things. Remember that just saying hello goes a long way and as the famous Tesco's phrase goes 'Every Little Helps'.

If you find you've made too much stew for example, offer some to your neighbour.

Let's share some joy with others and keep our spirits up.
