Christmas is Coming!

Hi everyone,

This post is very much overdue!! Towards the end of November I had the pleasure of hosting my lovely Father in Law for an early Christmas dinner. My parents came too which was so amazing. Duncan and I cooked a 3 course meal together (I have to confess- I cheated with dessert- it was brought from the supermarket but I do usually make dessert for when we host people). We started off with my easy peasy Carrot & Coriander Soup, had Roast Lamb with all the trimmings for our main course and I brought two desserts (a Yule Log & Aunt Bessie's Apple Pie) and of course the Yule Log was the favourite. We also had a selection of biscuits to accompany tea and coffee.

A great time was had by all. I even brought some Christmas Photo Props for a laugh which we certainly had. Sometimes it's the little things that make Christmas.
