Hi everyone,
This is our last post today I promise. I recently made this by putting a bunch of ingredients together to make something different for dinner.
Don't knock it until you try it.
Ingredients: (Makes a batch meal for 2 persons or for a dinner party of four)
6-8 Chicken Breasts (Chopped into medium chunks)
A Sprinkle of Chilli Flakes
2 tsp Mixed Herbs
2 tsp Mixed Spice
Pinch of Salt
4 tsp Clear Honey
4-6 tsp Caster Sugar
1-4 Nests of Noodles (depending on how many persons you are cooking for)
Method:
In a bowl, add some oil, the chilli flakes, mixed herbs, mixed spice, pinch of salt, clear honey and caster sugar stirring until combined.
Then add in the chopped chicken and combine to marinade the chicken.
On a medium heat, add the marinaded chicken to a pan and cook thoroughly.
Taste and add more spice/honey/sugar etc. if necessary. There should be a clear balance between spicy and sweet.
Once you have the balance right, serve with either noodles or rice (noodles are better) and enjoy!!
Let me know if you love it or hate it- It's kind of like marmite... Which I hate by the way.....
Lily

Forgive me- I forgot to take a picture of it so I've borrowed one from Wix.
